This poster from The Behaviour Change Compass gives us a whole big list of qualities that our essence has and is not ever without – acceptance, love, truth, settlement, harmony and joy.
Some people seem to think that being miserable is how they are but when we connect to our essence, we soon realise that it is full of all the qualities we in truth want to be and live in life. It is that simple!
This poster reminds us that when we are in our essence, we are always accepting, loving, truth-full, settled, in harmony and full of joy. And who wouldn't want that?
Based on the SunLight Ink book We all have a beauty-full essence.
