About these terms

This website is operated by The Behaviour Change Compass Pty Ltd (ABN 77 697 322 286, ACN 697 322 286), trading as The Behaviour Change Compass ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where these terms conflict with those rights, those rights apply.

Products and information

We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on screen than in print, and sizes (A4, A3, A1) are standard paper sizes. Our resources are practical tools to support behaviour change. They provide general information only and are not a substitute for individual clinical, medical, psychological or other professional advice. Please seek advice from a qualified professional about any individual's needs.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Postage is calculated at checkout for printed products; there is no postage on digital downloads. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we don't store your full card details.

Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed when we accept your order and send it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a price was clearly listed in error). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Delivery

We post within Australia only. Delivery options, costs and timeframes are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Digital downloads are delivered electronically. After your payment is confirmed you will receive an email with a link to download your files, and you can also download them from your order confirmation page. Please download and save your files promptly. If you have any trouble accessing a download, contact us and we will help.

Returns and refunds

Returns for faulty, damaged or incorrect items, change-of-mind returns, and digital downloads, are handled as set out in our Refund policy.

Copyright and use of our resources

All content on this website and in our products — including posters, charts, cards, books, illustrations, text, logos and designs — is owned by or licensed to The Behaviour Change Compass and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. © Tanya Curtis. All rights reserved.

Printed products. When you buy a printed product, you may use it for its intended purpose in your home, classroom, clinic or workplace.

Digital downloads. When you buy a digital download (PDF), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, view and print the resource for use within one household, one classroom or one practice, including with the children, students or clients you directly support there. You may print as many copies as you need for that use. You must not share, email, upload, post online or otherwise make the digital file available to anyone else, and you must not resell, sublicense, adapt or remove any copyright notice from it. This licence does not transfer ownership of the resource to you. A separate licence is needed for use across more than one classroom, site or organisation.

Except as allowed above, you must not copy, scan, photocopy, reproduce, resell, share, adapt or distribute our products or website content, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Images on this website are watermarked and are for viewing only. For licensing, whole-school or organisation use, please contact us.

Using this website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access, or copy its content. We may update, change or suspend the website at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Where our liability can be limited by law, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.
