As we all know, bullying behaviour has been on the rise, whether that be at work, at home, in the playground, in the school and other educational settings. It seems to be everywhere, but why? This poster shows that there are three factors that can lead to bullying behaviours used against other people – avoiding responsibility/blaming others and choosing victimhood/not feeling equipped to respond to the life lesson/s on offer.
